They came out the same day I called for service. Dwayne and Marcel explained the work to be done. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
Ron was great and answered the phone every time I called. The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is when I called, I was quoted a price range and when the job was finished, the cost was slightly higher than the price range I was quoted. When I asked about this I didn't get a very clear answer as to why my price was higher but it wasn't a huge difference. I would definitely recommend Degler to anyone looking for septic work.
